Heraldry
The emblem consists of a yellow lira with a blue outline under a thatched house, the characteristic Madeiran rural house used in the coat of arms of the municipality, stripped of its typical colors, which appears before in shades of blue (color of the coat of arms of the municipality) and white , and which rests on yellow background. At the top is the blue denomination: “Banda Municipal de Santana”, highlighting, in the same color, the date of foundation: “Fundada em 4 de Abril de 1926”.
