Heraldry – Banda Municipal Paulense

The Banda Municipal Paulense takes for its emblem the golden lyre of four cords, superimposed by the figure of a sun, with bands to the left and right of the easel, with the inscriptions to blue “Banda Municipal”; sotoposto, a violin, flanked on the left by a trumpet and a piccolo, and on the right by a trumpet and a clarinet. The pictorial figure that identifies the institution is still composed of two branches of sugarcane, to the left and a branch of vineyard to the right, crossed at the lower end, where a band with the date of the foundation appears, superimposed in red, “Fundada a 4 de Setembro de 1874”.
