General Assembly

Sovereign body in the administrative structure of the associations, the General Assembly is constituted by all the partners qualified under the current statutory terms. It is governed by the Board of the General Assembly, consisting of President (primus inter pares, with quality vote) and two other members, usually Vice President and Secretary. The General Assembly has the power to elect its Officers, to manage electoral processes and to grant office to holders of other corporate bodies, to approve Internal Statutes and Regulations, to sanction Activity Programs and to Report on Accounts, to ratify others deliberative documents that require its assessment and further deliberation on other justifiable administrative matters.
