Teacher Cesar José Coelho

Breath Orchestra
In 1903, the orchestra of the choir was composed by musicians of the Filarmónica Artístico Madeirense under the regency of its master sr. Gamma. (Diário de Notícias, 06/07/1903, p. 1)

Royal Diploma

Acting in Santa Cruz de Tenerife
In 1909, the Filarmónica Artistico Madeirense, left on May 4, to perform at the May festivities of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The band left their house of rehearsals in the Avenida de João de Deus towards the Cais, executing during the course a composition of the conductor Pinto Ribeiro. Regent António de Aguiar

Conductor Costa Cardoso

Conductor Arnaldo de Vasconcelos

Jazz Orchestra
The Orquestra-Jazz Os Sete do Céu Azul-Distrital Dance, belonged to the Banda Distrital do Funchal and tied for the first time on November 6, 1938. I was Amadeu Pestana’s regent and was composed of 4 saxophones, trumpet, viola and set drums. (Revista Girão, page 96, Madeiran Musicians, p. 445)

Conductor José Paulo Ferreira
