“O Gigante”, composed and directed by Maestro Jorge Salgueiro, brings together, for the first time, all the Madeira Philharmonic Bands, the Military Band and the Conservatory wind orchestras and the wind orchestras of the Direção de Serviços e Educação Artística da Madeira, DSEAM, are in total 21 formations and approximately 600 musicians

They can already be lifted, at the Arriaga Avenue Tourist Information Station, free tickets (two per person) for the great 600 Years / 600 Musicians “O Gigante” Musical Show, one of the most emblematic moments of the 600 Years of Discovery Commemoration program the islands of Madeira and Porto Santo. Composed and directed by Maestro Jorge Salgueiro, this great event will take place on June 21 at the Barreiros Stadium.
