After 75 years, the BRC was founded, its founders are no longer part of the world of the living, as are many others who, with blood, sweat and tears, have been building this beautiful work. Much of its history is already forever immersed in the darkness of oblivion and so that the rest is not lost, so that the present and future ones will know something of what was the heroic effort and all those who have integrated this collective, from the its troubled foundation to this day. The purpose of this book is to make an aspiration of the Directorate to turn to the writing something of what was, and is, this Collectivity, from the earliest times of its foundation.
