Statutes

Statutes means the legal document that sanctions the official constitution of the association and its purposes and defines its administrative structure, administrative regulations and operating rules. In that document, the name and emblem chosen for the association, its head office, its purposes, the classification of its members, the organization and competences of the members of its corporate bodies, its assets and defined measures for the settlement of their assets, in the event of failure, as well as other specific matters fundamental to the formal activity of the association / band. The Statutes are in force after approval - by an absolute majority, by General Assembly and publication in the Diário da República, and consequently the revocation of similar administrative documents previously published.
